We also provide free returns to ensure you can shop with complete peace of mind. If you’re not fully satisfied, simply return your item within 30 days at no cost to you!

At Tricksall.works, we’ve got your back! If you're not completely satisfied, we’ll happily offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days—no questions asked.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

We’re committed to making things right. If you receive a faulty product, we offer a 30-day replacement or refund policy. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll sort it out quickly. Simply return the items to us by following the easy steps in the “How to Return an Item” guide below.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. We work on a same day dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

 

Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Tricksall Limited we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Tricksall.works receives the goods in question.

 

How to Return an Item Using Free Returns?

Please contact us by email at sales@tricksall.works or by phone at 01530 637 137 to obtain a returns number (RMA) before sending anything for return. We will also arrange for your prepaid returns label to be sent to you via email.

 

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return), this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

European & International Shipping Policy

European & International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All prices on our website are in GBP. Your payment provider will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to Europe are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Your order will arrive 2-4 days after the order is placed.

When ordering outside of United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Tricksall Limited has no control over these charges, nor can Tricksall predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
